Thank you to Colin (in sales) who put our fears to rest, his expert guidance, knowledge, help and advice was fabulous.
The Aftersales dept are second to none, nothing was to much trouble and everything was explained. Our Motorhome had a couple of niggley problems which needed sorting, aftersales booked us in and they were dealt with straightaway they even let us stay the night. All of the staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions no matter how small, they really went the extra mile. So thank you to Anthony, Dean, Sue, Tash, Lyn and everyone in Aftersales.
Also a Big Thank you to Oliver (operations manager) for sorting everything for us.

The Accessory shop has everything you need with an amazing selection at very good prices, again the staff are very friendly and helpful.
We came away after buying our Fiat Mooveo P608 from them, feeling happy and confident and will only deal with Highbridge in the future, even though we live in Helston, Cornwall.
Whether your interests are Motorhomes--Caravans or Camping, we can highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

I would like to praise your staff in the after sales reception who were very helpful and professional in their role. Also the workshop manager who was really helpful with a little problem we had with the van. He sent out a young Polish technician who was in my opinion very good at his job. As well as being also very polite and helpful. I hope that you would pass this on to your staff.

I just wanted to send an email to thank you for the great service I have had from buying my motor home to the excellent after sales service you provide.
I bought my first motorhome off you and was really impressed with the helpful people especially Ken who took the time without being pushy to answer my many questions.
Even with the upheaval the fire caused I was able to collect my motorhome as planned, and would like to thank DaveÂ Newman for his patience and the time he gave to going through the basics and my many questions.
A few issues have arisen with my motorhome which is to be expected when she is 10 years old. But has surprised me is the speed at which they have been resolved and the lengths to which everyone has gone to to get this done was exceptional customer service, I would like to thank especially Dean Carpenter, Chris and Natasha for their help to get these issues resolved.
I would also like to thank the ladies and gents in the shop for their help during my many hours of browsing to help me get my motorhome nicely kitted out and like home.
Just to say a big thank you all at Highbridge. The COMMPASS RALLYE we bought from you back in July has lived up to its name. We have had many great holiday`s and weekend`s in it. Its now on it`s winter wheels at the moment. Spring will soon be here and away again. Here`s Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. My wife and I bought a caravan from you 4 to 5 weeks ago, not an expensive one but dear to us, expensive to us. I'd just like to say that, just a comment, your aftersales service is brilliant, second to none. We've had a few little hiccups with it and everytime I phoned you, you help me out, so just thank you very much!

With the tragedy and devastation the staff had to endure during these last few days when recovering from their fire. I have nothing more than praise for the way in which I have been treated.
My caravan was on the site for it's annual service when the disaster happened . Not finding out until late Sunday night what had happened and not being able to reach anybody til the Monday you can imagine a night of unrest endured by my wife.
I phoned Highbridge first thing Monday understandably they were inundated with calls so I left a message, waiting no longer phoned again shortly after to which I spoke to Tina on reception within seconds in a calm and reassuring manner was told all was ok Matt Davies a director of the company told her my caravan was ok. With all that must of been going on that day he new and cared about my caravan and could reply in an instant.
Later that day a call from Highbridge, Dean from the Service Dept to reassure and tell me my caravan was ok and the service had been completed, wasn't expecting to see that for a week or so due to the incident.
Again later that day another call from Highbridge replying to my answer machine message the young lady (sorry forgot her name ) apologised for the delay in answering and reassured me my caravan was ok.
What more could anyone ask for, could you thank all your staff for the care and consideration shown to us during this difficult time
Karen, Thanks to you, Rita and the lady on the Parts counter [I didn't get her name] for propelling me over the moon this morning. My tray arrived to add to the little transparent stoppers you had already sent me.
As soon as we walked on the site at Highbridge Caravans, we felt there was something different about the place. You three have shown us what it is: people going about their job naturally without fuss and making life easier for customers. It is something to be highly prized.
